Our Apple Plant is up and running
A new chapter on the farm
Our Apple packing plant is fully up and running! The apples move directly from our cold room in their wooden crates to be sorted and packaged ready for transport all under one roof. Although the sizing machine is incredible at weighing each apple and sending it to the corresponding packing aisle, it is still quite a hands on process.
